Massages, cosmetic treatments and all other SPA treatments should be booked as far in advance as possible. You can find an overview of all SPA treatments on our homepage and book online at any time.

Yes - and not only that. As a hotel guest, you can use our wellness area with indoor pool (all year round) and outdoor pool (April-October), various saunas and steam baths, whirlpool and various lounging and relaxation areas free of charge. The pools are open daily from 06:30 - 22:00, the saunas are open from 11:00 - 21:00

Yes - our fitness room is equipped with various high-quality machines from Technogym and is included for hotel guests!

Our breakfast times are: Monday-Friday 06:45 - 10:00. On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays we serve breakfast from 06:45 - 11:00?

We have 6 conventional bikes available for hire at the hotel at a price of EUR 12.00 per day per bike. Prior reservation is not possible.

If you bring your own bicycles, you can store them in our locked bicycle garage.

The Castanea Resort has over 200 car parking spaces directly at the hotel. Parking is free of charge for you as a hotel guest.

Yes, we have eight charging points for electric cars in our car park.

The charging points are operated by a service provider, which also handles the billing.

Possible means of payment are VISA, MASTERCARD, PAYPAL and G-PAY. Alternatively, you can use all ‘charging cards’ that are connected to the ‘Intercharge network’. (e.g. ENBW, E.ON, Vattenfall, etc.)

The charging capacity per charging point is 22 kWh. 

You must bring your own charging cable. Plug type: ICE Type 2

Yes, there are hotel rooms where dogs are welcome. Please indicate this before or when booking.

However, dogs are not allowed in the spa, in the catering areas (restaurants, bar) and on the terraces.
