Our Castanea Spa is a place of tranquility and relaxation.

Children under 14 years old are only allowed if accompanied by a guardian. Bringing play items is not permitted, nor is consuming beverages in the pools.

We ask for your consideration.

Listen to your body and leave the sauna if you feel uncomfortable. Please always place a large towel on the wooden benches and drink enough fluids.

The use of mobile phones and tablets with cameras is not allowed in the sauna. Taking photographs of individuals is prohibited.

Some treatments may not be carried out in cases of certain conditions such as cardiovascular diseases, high blood pressure, asthma, allergies, and hyperthyroidism, as well as cancer. Please inform us before the start of treatment. This also applies to the use of medications. If you are pregnant, please let us know beforehand.

Hotel guests have access to a complimentary bathrobe and towels for the duration of their stay. External guests can rent a bathrobe and towels for a fee.

It is important to us that you feel comfortable. We recommend that you arrive for treatments in a bathrobe or casual clothing. Please use our swimming pool exclusively in swimwear. You are welcome to enjoy the sauna area as usual, without textiles.

Please note that the stated timeframes are approximate values that may vary for each guest. Some treatments also include rest periods.
In case of late arrival, treatment times may be shortened to ensure subsequent treatments.

Appointment Cancellations
For all cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged. Appointments that are not canceled by you will be charged at 100%.

Treatments and massages for children under 16 years are only available upon request. There is no discount for children on treatments and day spa services. The use of cardio and sports equipment is permitted from the age of 16.

Please coordinate your preferred date with our Castanea Spa team in good time before your stay. On-site reservations are only possible based on availability!
